SOCIAL SERVICES

Gibson Health and Rehab has a Social Services Department that plays a very important role in meeting the needs of each resident. Our Social Services team continuously monitors the psychosocial needs of our residents and provides individual case management as well as individual counseling.

Social Services also arranges for safe and appropriate discharge plans, including home health and medical equipment for our short term residents that are planning to return home to the community after successful rehabilitation.

FOOD SERVICES

Gibson Health and Rehab provides dietary services to each of our residents for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as snacks throughout each day. We offer an excellent menu that is approved by a registered dietician and created to meet the needs of our residents. There are substitutes available each meal upon request.

OTHER SERVICES

Gibson Health and Rehab also contracts with consultants that provide specialized services right here at the facility. We offer Dentistry, Optometry, Podiatry, and Psychiatric services based on individual needs.

HOUSEKEEPING, LAUNDRY AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Gibson Health and Rehab has an environmental services department that includes housekeeping, laundry and maintenance. All departments are responsible for keeping a safe and clean environment for the residents here at our facility. Housekeeping provides daily cleaning services. Laundry services are offered for each resident. Bed linens and personal clothing are laundered on-site.
